Allcott Associates has today released their new look survey report designs.
The Building Survey and HomeBuyer Survey reports have been modernized and expanded. The latest format is designed to be easy to follow, with clear sections and summaries. Additional advice has also been included at the end of the reports.
Example full RICS Building Survey reports for both modern and period properties are available to download, as is an example HomeBuyer report.
With all reports fulfilling RICS requirements and our own high standards, we hope our clients like the new design and we look forward to hearing what people think.
