Allcott Associates LLP is a highly respected and trusted independent building surveying consultancy. 

Our mission is to allow homebuyers to move with confidence by providing them with comprehensive information on the condition and structural state of the home they are purchasing.


We are a firm of professionals: all our surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and our engineers are members of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) or Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). Regulation by the RICS means that we uphold exceptional surveying standards, with our team members undertaking regular professional training and development.

Our philosophy is to provide a full service, offering specialist building surveying and structural engineering expertise from one company. This reduces our customers’ costs significantly when compared to buying the individual services from various sources. Our in-house team includes experienced structural engineers who support our surveyors with defect diagnosis and advice on remedial works.
