Our Chartered Surveyors work closely with our Structural Engineers to produce reports that are some of the most detailed in our field. As you can see from the examples of our Level 3 building surveys (also known as structural surveys) and our Level 2 HomeBuyer surveys, our reports go beyond a description of the condition of the building. Our combined expertise means that we also include thorough structural and technical assessments of your property. We want our clients to know their properties inside out, so we provide comprehensive explanations in straightforward language, with photos illustrating all of our observations.
If clients have any questions, our surveyors are available to provide one-to-one advice by phone or email.
Our team of RICS Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Structural Engineers work closely together to provide the most comprehensive building survey reports on the market. This means that we can evaluate structural defects in-house. Unlike other firms, our reports will comment on both condition and structure, and we won’t refer you to a third party for structural investigations.
