Our experienced and knowledgeable surveyors provide thorough, professional RICS building surveys across Harrogate and the surrounding area.
All of our building surveys are comprehensive, detailed and thorough. We work hard to make sure that our reports are clear and supported by photographs, to help you understand the condition of the property you are buying, and any works that will be required.
RICS Level 3 and Level 2 Surveys
Our full building surveys (Level 3) are usually requested for properties more than a few decades old. They are particularly helpful for period properties, homes with unusual features or homes that are in poor condition. These surveys leave no stone unturned, and are thorough and extensive in nature.
Our homebuyer (level 2 surveys) are usually used for modern properties that were built using standard methods and appear to be in good condition. While they are not quite as comprehensive as a full building survey, they will highlight any serious issues with the property, allowing you to budget if any major works are needed. Our friendly team are on hand to help you decide which type of survey is right for you.
Whichever survey type you choose, our surveyors are available to respond quickly to queries and discuss the survey findings with you. They are happy to help you make the right decision about your purchase and advise on any potential price negotiations.
